Frederikssund Kommune (the Municipality of Frederikssund)
Background: Telcom Danmark performed an optimisation assignment for Frederikssund kommune with respect to their mobile-phone subscriptions and the call structure.
Result: An optimisation and a modification of the subscription make-up for the municipality’s employees resulted in a cost reduction of 31%.

During my time at Song Networks, I enjoyed extensive working relations with Telcom Danmark and, in particular, with Flemming and René. Telcom proved to be very knowledgeable with respect to the technologies and solutions we provided for our customers.
Even though we had a really satisfactory collaboration with Telcom, they were hard as nails if our prices and the service provided failed to meet their requirements. In such cases, we simply did not win the order. Hence, we were always 100% on our toes when closing a deal.
